The prompt
A manually operated paper roll lifting cart with a hand-crank gearbox, industrial design, designed to lift and transport 9 paper rolls, each weighing 70 kg (total payload approx. 630 kg) with a roll diameter of 370 mm. Frame and chassis: Heavy-duty welded steel tubular frame, rectangular base platform approx. 1200 mm x 1100 mm. Four swivel casters with brakes (two fixed, two swiveling) rated for at least 1000 kg total load. Painted in industrial safety yellow with a matte finish. Lifting mechanism: A vertical mast made of two parallel steel box-section columns with internal guide rails. A carriage platform slides up and down along the rails on rollers. Lifting is driven by a hand-crank winch with a worm gear reducer (self-locking gearbox) mounted on one side of the mast, with a removable folding crank handle with a rubber grip. Steel wire rope or chain runs over pulleys at the top of the mast and connects to the carriage. A ratchet and safety pawl is included to prevent accidental lowering. Roll holding section: The carriage holds 9 paper rolls arranged in a 3 x 3 grid (three layers, three rolls per layer), lying horizontally in V-shaped or curved cradle supports. Each cradle has a width suited to a 370 mm diameter roll. Rolls are separated by steel dividers or rails, with a front retaining bar or safety chain to stop rolls from rolling off. Overall carriage size approx. 1150 mm wide x 1100 mm deep x 1150 mm tall. Details: Gearbox housing with visible gear case, crank handle, load capacity plate (630 kg), safety warning labels, reinforced gussets at weld joints, bolted connections with visible hex bolts, and rubber bumpers on the carriage. Style: Realistic industrial equipment, clean CAD-style rendering, neutral grey background, three-quarter front view, high detail, PBR materials (painted steel, galvanized steel, rubber).
