Design a fully parametric, FDM-printable two-piece handheld enclosure in millimeters for the PANEX LINK Rev A PCB. Strictly follow the existing PCB layout; do not invent controls. Generate editable solid bodies, not meshes. Deliver views of the assembled unit, upper shell, lower shell, and cavity. Key Specifications: PCB & Cavity: PCB is exactly 166.4 x 99.75 mm. Internal cavity must be ~170.0 x 103.5 mm. Maintain ≥3 mm vertical clearance above the tallest components and a 2-3 mm wiring corridor around the edges. External Shell: ~178 x 112 mm footprint, 38-42 mm total height. Ergonomic with 3-6 mm external corner radii. Avoid overhangs/supports. Wall Thickness: 2.0 mm nominal; 2.5-3.0 mm around structural areas and bosses. Lower floor 2.0-2.5 mm. Mating Joint: Stepped tongue-and-groove lip (0.8-1.2 mm tall, 1.5-2.0 mm thick) with a parametric 0.35 mm mating clearance. PCB Mounting: PCB has no holes. Support it with a continuous 1.5-2.0 mm perimeter ledge and low-profile clips. Include optional/editable parametric mounting bosses for future use. Fasteners: 4-6 M3 bosses (5.5-6.0 mm OD) for heat-set inserts, positioned safely outside the PCB footprint. Top Face Features: Two FrSky M10 gimbals (Ø51 mm openings, ~120 mm apart, 15 mm vertical offset), a 2-inch TFT display opening with bezel, and exact cutouts for PCB-mounted switches/navigation. Port Access: USB-C (1.0 mm clearance) and MicroSD (with finger extraction space). Both must be externally accessible. RF & Power: Leave internal clearance for a removable MicroPowerCore module and wiring. Keep the Ebyte/ESP32 ELRS antenna area completely clear of dense plastic/ribs. Add an external antenna pigtail exit. Ventilation: Modest 1.5-2.0 mm slots placed safely away from the RF area, gimbals, and connectors.
