Design a commercial outdoor dual-camera AI sports analytics enclosure for pole mounting. Overall dimensions: 240 × 120 × 90 mm. Material: die-cast aluminum with 3 mm wall thickness, matte black powder-coated finish, IP65 rated. The front panel has two recessed circular camera openings (28 mm diameter, 130 mm center-to-center) behind a single AR-coated tempered glass window. Cameras are independently adjustable (±15° pan, ±10° tilt) and locked using socket screws. Place a small status LED between the cameras. The enclosure houses a 170 × 120 mm PCB containing an RK3588S compute module, Lattice CrossLink-NX FPGA, LPDDR4 memory, NVMe SSD, PoE power section, and Wi-Fi module. Mount the PCB on four M3 brass standoffs with cable routing channels and internal mounting bosses. Use the enclosure as a passive heatsink with integrated top cooling fins (8 mm high). Include an internal aluminum heat spreader contacting the RK3588S through a thermal pad. No active fan. Rear panel includes one waterproof RJ45 PoE connector, one USB-C service port with rubber cover, pressure equalization vent, reset pinhole, and cable strain relief. The mounting system consists of a heavy-duty two-piece aluminum pole clamp supporting 60–100 mm poles, using four M6 stainless steel bolts, EPDM rubber inserts, and adjustable ±20° tilt and ±30° pan with serrated locking teeth. Design for die-cast manufacturing with rounded corners, reinforcing ribs, uniform wall thickness, removable top cover secured by eight M4 screws, silicone gasket, and easy service access to the PCB and SSD. Generate an isometric view, exploded assembly, sectional view showing internal component placement, and pole-mounted assembly.
