Requirements: - ABS fixture, rotation around vertical Z axis only. - 12 fixed positions every 30°: 0°…330°. - No tilt/gimbal, locating pins, ground plane or thermocouple channel. - Maximum envelope: 250×250×250 mm. Antenna reference: - truncated cone Ø44.2 base, Ø38.8 top, H=62.4 mm - 3×M2.5 threaded holes, depth 6 mm - PCD Ø26.6 mm, 120° spacing - central SMA - ARP = center of base plane Fixture: - Base: 140×120×8 mm, R8 corners, 4ר6.6 holes on 110×90 mm pattern - Vertical support: 60×12×70 mm - Cantilever: L=60 mm, width=50 mm, thickness=10 mm - Fixed circular support: Ø90×10 mm, center hole Ø32 - Rotating plate: Ø80×8 mm - antenna recess: Ø44.6×1 mm deep - center hole: Ø20.5 mm - 3ר2.8 antenna holes on PCD Ø26.6, 120° Indexing: - 12ר4.5 holes on PCD Ø68, every 30° - one Ø4.5 fixed hole - removable ABS pin Ø4×18 mm Cable clearance: - free space under antenna ≥Ø20×40 mm - cable bend radius ≥20 mm Keep rotation axis exactly through ARP. Keep metallic/reflective fixture parts outside the upper 100 mm hemisphere around ARP. Create separate parts for base, rotary plate, index pin and antenna reference. Do not change mandatory dimensions or invent extra mechanisms.
