Manufacturing & Assembly Constraints: - Primary Material: 2mm and 3mm cold-rolled steel (outer body & structure), 4mm stainless steel (burn pot/grate). - Fabrication Method: Optimized strictly for 2D CNC laser cutting and press brake bending. - Assembly Architecture: Tab-and-slot (mortise and tenon) self-aligning interlocking assembly. - Fasteners: Pre-punched 4mm pop-rivet holes and M5 socket-head machine screw patterns along internal tabs. Minimal seam welding required only at firebox corners. 3.
