Aesthetic & Form Factor: - Geometry: Monolithic vertical prism with clean chamfered vertical edges, hidden flush-fit seams, and zero visible outer weld seams. - Visual Style: Matte dark anthracite outer body with a brushed stainless steel accent door handle and minimalist air control lever. - Viewport: Flush-mount ceramic glass viewing door with a clean, low-profile sheet metal outer frame. 2. Manufacturing & Assembly Constraints: - Primary Material: 2mm and 3mm cold-rolled steel (outer body & structure), 4mm stainless steel (burn pot/grate). - Fabrication Method: Optimized strictly for 2D CNC laser cutting and press brake bending. - Assembly Architecture: Tab-and-slot (mortise and tenon) self-aligning interlocking assembly. - Fasteners: Pre-punched 4mm pop-rivet holes and M5 socket-head machine screw patterns along internal tabs. Minimal seam welding required only at firebox corners. 3. Mechanical System (Fully Manual / Non-Electric): - Fuel Delivery: Integrated top-loading concealed pellet hopper with a 45-degree internal gravity-feed slope leading down to the burn pot. - Flow Control: Manual sliding gate valve / guillotine damper with a weighted heat-resistant handle to regulate pellet feed rate without electricity. - Airflow & Draft: Natural-draft combustion system. Bottom-mounted manual linear slide damper controlling primary intake under the burn pot; secondary air wash slider integrated above the door glass. 4. Component Layout & Modular Sub-assemblies: - Outer Shell: Air-jacketed double-wall construction for natural convection heat exchange. - Hopper Assembly: Top lid with soft-close flush hinge, inner funnel, and manual feed metering throat. - Burn Core: Removable perforated heavy-duty stainless burn pot sitting on a drop-through grate bracket. - Ash Management: Slide-out sealed ash pan drawer positioned directly underneath the burn pot behind a lower access panel. - Exhaust: Standard 80mm rear-facing flange collar for flue pipe connection. and if u have any ideas u can do just be creative
