The prompt

Create a parametric STL model of a two-piece spherical mould for clay. Requirements: ▪ The mould should consist of two identical halves that, when assembled, form a perfect sphere. ▪ Include five separate moulds with internal sphere diameters of: ▫ 10 mm ▫ 15 mm ▫ 20 mm ▫ 25 mm ▫ 30 mm ▪ Each mould should be generated as its own pair of STL files (Top and Bottom), or as a single printable assembly containing all pairs. ▪ The mould wall thickness should be 5 mm. ▪ Each half should have a flat base so it can rest on a table during filling. ▪ Add 3 alignment pins (3 mm diameter × 5 mm length) on one half and matching sockets on the other half to ensure perfect alignment. ▪ Add a 2 mm diameter vent hole at the top of the mould to allow trapped air to escape while pressing clay. ▪ Add a 2 mm deep equatorial lip/recess around the joining edge to minimize flash and help align the halves. ▪ Add engraved labels on the outside indicating the sphere diameter (10 mm, 15 mm, etc.). ▪ Include a small pry notch so the mould halves can be separated easily after use. ▪ Ensure all internal spherical cavities are mathematically perfect spheres. ▪ Use tolerances suitable for FDM printing: ▫ Alignment pin clearance: 0.25 mm ▫ General mating clearance: 0.2 mm ▪ Orient the parts for support-free printing whenever possible. ▪ Export watertight STL files suitable for printing on a standard FDM printer with a 0.4 mm nozzle. ▪ Units should be millimetres.
