The prompt
Create a simple, strong, fully parametric CAD model of a motorcycle fork clamp. Clamp: - Split clamp made of two mirrored halves. - Inner clamp diameter: 54 mm. - Clamp width: about 18–20 mm. - Two M6 bolts connect the halves. - Smooth inner surface without teeth. - Large fillets for strength. Light mount: - Integrate a hollow cylindrical tube on one clamp half. - Tube outside diameter: 33 mm. - Tube length: 60 mm. - Tube wall thickness: 3 mm. - Tube is open at both ends. - Do NOT create any holes in the tube. - Tube axis is perpendicular to the fork tube. Strength: - Add two triangular reinforcing ribs between the clamp and the tube. - Use 4–5 mm fillets on all load-bearing transitions. - Suitable for PETG, ABS or Nylon FDM printing. Output: - Fully parametric solid model. - STEP and STL.
