Hole Pattern & Hole System (D16 Standard) • Hole Diameter: 16.1\text{ mm} (+0.1\text{ mm} laser tolerance for standard 16\text{ mm} welding clamps/fixtures) • Grid Pattern: 50\text{ mm} \times 50\text{ mm} center-to-center pitch matrix • Hole Layout: • Top Plate: Full grid coverage starting 25\text{ mm} from outer edges (20 \times 16 = 320 holes) • Side Aprons: 2 horizontal rows of 16\text{ mm} holes on a 50\text{ mm} grid centered on the 150\text{ mm} face 3. Tab-and-Slot Alignment & Corner Support • Self-Fixturing System: All side aprons and top plate edges must feature interlocking tabs and slots (20\text{ mm} width, 6.2\text{ mm} depth) spaced along the perimeter for self-aligning 90° assembly. • Corner Bracing: 4 diagonal corner gusset plates (6\text{ mm} thick) with weight-reduction cutouts, sized to seat and clamp around the 80 \times 80\text{ mm} square tube legs. 5.
