Modular press-fit battery holder designed for 2S 450mAh LiPo batteries. The flat horizontal base plate features vertical, open-faced U-shaped tension clips with top tips curving inward to grip the battery. Internal width between arms is 14mm with 1.5mm wall thickness. The underside (bottom face) of the base plate must have a recessed female dovetail groove shifted 2mm to the left of the center. CRITICAL GEOMETRY: This female groove must be a trapezoidal undercut, meaning the slot opening at the bottom surface is narrower than the inside roof of the groove, creating a locking channel for a sliding male part. No protruding connectors.
