The prompt
Create a standard metric involute spur gear with 15 teeth, module 1.0, and a 6mm face width. Include a 12mm diameter hub extending 8mm backward. The center bore must be a 4.1mm D-shaft hole (flat distance at 3.5mm from the center). Add a side slot in the hub designed to trap an M3 hex nut (5.5mm width flat-to-flat, 2.4mm thickness) and include a 3.2mm perpendicular hole going from the outer hub edge through the nut slot into the flat part of the D-shaft for an M3 set screw.
