The prompt
Design a meshing spur gear pair for 3D printing with a 10:1 speed reduction ratio. Pinion (Driving Gear): 10 teeth, Module 1.5 mm, Pitch Diameter 15 mm. Driven Gear: 100 teeth, Module 1.5 mm, Pitch Diameter 150 mm. Pressure angle: 20 degrees. Face width: 8 mm. Center distance between gear shafts: 82.5 mm. Central shaft holes: 5 mm diameter cylindrical bore through the center with a 0.2 mm clearance tolerance for 3D printing. Add a 0.3 mm tooth backlash clearance to ensure smooth meshing right off the print bed without jamming. Flat bottom face on both gears for easy FDM printing without support material.
