The prompt

Modify the EXISTING model only. Do not rebuild or replace the existing MEA substrate. The previous modification did not create the microfluidic channels clearly. Correct the fluidic architecture while preserving the existing substrate, electrode region, and overall dimensions. ADD a thin PDMS microfluidic layer ON TOP of the existing MEA substrate. Do NOT create one large rectangular cavity or remove a large portion of the substrate. Create clearly defined enclosed microfluidic channels with raised PDMS walls. Fluidic architecture: 1. Create two separate inlet ports near one side of the chip. - Inlet A - Inlet B 2. From each inlet, create one narrow microfluidic channel. The two channels should travel toward the center and merge smoothly into a Y-junction. 3. After the Y-junction, create ONE narrow main channel leading toward the central neural culture chamber. 4. Create a clearly defined rectangular neural culture chamber centered directly above the existing MEA electrode region. 5. The main channel should open into the neural culture chamber. 6. On the opposite side of the chamber, create ONE outlet channel leading to ONE outlet port. The final fluidic path must visibly be: Inlet A ──╲ ╲ ╲ Y ───────── Main channel ───── Neural culture chamber ───── Outlet ╱ ╱ Inlet B ──╱ IMPORTANT GEOMETRY REQUIREMENTS: - Channels must be narrow and clearly distinguishable from the surrounding PDMS. - Use raised PDMS walls to define the channels. - Do not make the entire chamber area a deep hole. - Keep the central culture chamber rectangular and centered over the MEA electrodes. - Keep the MEA substrate underneath the PDMS layer. - Keep the two inlet branches symmetric. - Keep the outlet on the opposite side from the inlets. - Use smooth transitions at the Y-junction. - Do not add decorative geometry. - Do not invent biological parameters. - Keep the model parametric and editable. - Use millimeters. Only modify the existing model to add/fix this microfluidic layer.
