Design a functional 3D-printable smartphone holder specifically for the Manba One wireless gaming controller. IMPORTANT: This is NOT a generic Xbox or PlayStation controller mount. The holder must be designed specifically around the physical shape and dimensions of the Manba One controller. GOAL: Create a removable clip-on phone mount that attaches securely to the top/center area of the Manba One controller and holds a smartphone above the controller, similar to a traditional gaming controller phone clip. DESIGN REQUIREMENTS: 1. The mount must attach to the Manba One controller without permanently modifying, drilling, gluing, or damaging the controller. 2. Use a strong adjustable clamp mechanism that grips the controller securely but does not press buttons, analog sticks, triggers, the display, or other controls. 3. The phone holder should be centered above the controller. 4. The smartphone cradle must support phones approximately 65–90 mm wide. 5. The phone cradle should have adjustable side grips so different phone sizes can be securely held. 6. Include a slight protective lip at the bottom of the phone cradle so the phone cannot slide downward. 7. The phone holder should allow approximately 180 degrees of tilt adjustment so the viewing angle can be changed while gaming. 8. The connection between the controller clamp and phone holder should be strong enough that the phone does not wobble during normal gaming. 9. Design the parts with rounded edges and ergonomic surfaces. 10. Avoid interfering with the Manba One's buttons, analog sticks, triggers, screen, charging port, or ventilation openings. 11. Add small clearance gaps where necessary so the printed part does not rub against the controller. 12. Design the clamp with approximately 0.3–0.5 mm clearance/tolerance for FDM 3D printing. 13. The design should be optimized for PLA+ or PETG printing. 14. Prefer a modular design consisting of: - Controller mounting clamp - Adjustable arm - Phone cradle - Tilt/rotation joint 15. Use screws, pins, or standard hardware where appropriate instead of printing fragile hinges. 16. Make the parts thick and strong enough for repeated use. Avoid unnecessarily thin walls. 17. The final design must be a functional mechanical part, not an artistic 3D model. OUTPUT: Generate a clean parametric CAD model suitable for FDM 3D printing. Export the final model as: - STL for 3D printing - STEP for editing IMPORTANT: Do not assume Xbox, PlayStation, Switch Pro, or other controller dimensions. The geometry must be based specifically on the Manba One controller. If exact Manba One dimensions are unavailable, create the design parametrically with adjustable dimensions for the controller clamp so I can enter the exact measurements later.
