"Act as a Mechanical Engineer designing a scalable machine vision gantry for a clay roof tile inspection line. Generate an assembly structure using standard T-slot aluminum extrusions (Item/Bosch Rexroth compatible, 40x40mm profile). The assembly must include: A U-shaped gantry frame structure acting as a bridge spanning across an existing conveyor belt. Mounting plates at the base of the two vertical legs, designed to accommodate vibration-dampening rubber isolators (silent blocks) for attaching the frame to the conveyor belt chassis. Horizontal cross-members at the top of the gantry to support vision equipment. Three (3) industrial articulating ball-joint arms (pan/tilt capable) mounted to the top T-slot channels for holding cameras. These must be easily adjustable via T-slot nuts. Two (2) linear slide rails mounted to the horizontal beams for positioning LED light panels. Please generate the CAD assembly tree hierarchy, select standard fasteners (T-nuts, corner brackets), and ensure all camera and lighting mounts can be dynamically adjusted along the extrusion channels without drilling."
