Design a mechanical locking slider assembly for an adjustable bed frame, made of welded steel. PART 1 - Vertical U-channel guide rail: - U-shaped steel channel, cross-section 100mm wide x 50mm deep, wall thickness 3mm - Total length 450mm, mounted vertically - On the inner face of one flange, cut 4 rectangular notches (open slots), each 80mm long and 6mm deep, at these heights measured from the bottom of the channel: 50mm, 170mm, 250mm, 330mm - 4 mounting holes (10mm diameter) on the back face for wall studs PART 2 - Sliding block: - Square steel tube, 30mm x 30mm cross-section, 50mm long - Sized to slide freely inside the U-channel with approximately 20mm of side-to-side clearance - Has a rigid steel arm (50mm square tube, 150mm long) welded perpendicular to it, extending outward from the channel PART 3 - Rotating locking hook: - Flat steel plate, 6mm thick, roughly 80mm long, hook-shaped (like a boat cleat or safety latch) - Mounted to the sliding block via an 8mm pivot bolt, so it rotates 90 degrees between "locked" (hook end engages one of the channel notches) and "released" (hook clears the channel entirely) Assemble PART 2 and PART 3 together via the pivot bolt so the hook can rotate freely. Show the sliding block positioned at the second notch from the bottom (170mm height) with the hook rotated into the locked position, engaged in that notch. Style: functional mechanical hardware, exposed welds, galvanized steel finish.
