The prompt

ONE LION HOUSING — DESIGN REQUIREMENTS Develop the detailed mechanical housing for a children's screenless audio flashcard reader. A child inserts a card; the existing reader recognises it and plays its recording. Use the approved Lion reference already shared and preserve its appearance and silicone-coated finish. Use the manufacturer's existing working electronics and card-reading platform. This is housing design and component integration, not new PCB, firmware or card-recognition development. Our manufacturer will build the prototype. DESIGN * Locate the PCB, battery, speaker, controls, charging interface and reading mechanism, with clearances and secure mounts. * Maintain compatibility with the existing card size, encoding position, insertion path and reading alignment. Factory card sheets supplied are reference artwork, not dimensioned technical drawings. Our card artwork, wording and audio remain our own. * Detail housing parts, joints, fasteners, wall thickness, critical tolerances, speaker openings, charging access and assembly. * Retain smooth, rounded surfaces and account for silicone finish thickness, fit and assembly. Identify material/finish recommendations for manufacturer review. DELIVER 1. Editable native SolidWorks parts and complete assembly with all referenced files. 2. STEP files for housing parts and assembly. 3. Dimensioned PDF engineering drawings showing parts, assembly, component positions, materials/finish and critical tolerances, sufficient for manufacturer prototyping. 4. Early CAD progress review of the exterior and internal arrangement before completing the detailed drawings, within the quoted work. INPUTS Review the references already supplied and send one consolidated list of missing critical measurements or technical information. We will obtain available manufacturer information, photos, measurements and videos. Clearly identify unverified dimensions; do not invent component or card-interface dimensions.
