The prompt

Create a parametric mechanical L-shaped mounting bracket designed for CNC machining from a single piece of aluminum. The bracket consists of a horizontal base plate and a vertical mounting plate joined at a 90-degree angle. Overall dimensions: Overall width: 100 mm Base plate length/depth: 60 mm Vertical plate height: 80 mm Material thickness: 8 mm The base plate and vertical plate should have uniform 8 mm thickness. Base plate: Rectangular plate, 100 mm wide × 60 mm deep × 8 mm thick. Four mounting holes pass vertically through the base plate. Hole diameter: Ø8.5 mm, suitable for M8 clearance. Hole centers are 15 mm from each side edge. Therefore, the hole centers are located at: X = 15 mm and 85 mm from the left edge. Y = 15 mm and 45 mm from the front edge. Add a 1 mm × 45° chamfer around the top edges of all four holes. Vertical plate: 100 mm wide × 80 mm high × 8 mm thick. The vertical plate rises from the rear edge of the base plate. The inside face of the vertical plate is positioned exactly at Y = 60 mm. Add four horizontal mounting holes through the vertical plate. Hole diameter: Ø10 mm. Hole centers are positioned symmetrically: Two holes horizontally at 25 mm and 75 mm from the left edge. Two holes vertically at 25 mm and 55 mm from the bottom of the vertical plate. This creates a rectangular 50 mm × 30 mm hole pattern. Add a 1 mm × 45° chamfer around the outer face of each Ø10 mm hole. Structural reinforcement: Add two triangular gussets between the base and vertical plate. Gussets should be positioned symmetrically about the centerline. Gusset thickness: 8 mm. Each gusset should extend 35 mm horizontally along the base and 50 mm vertically along the rear plate. The gussets should have a clean triangular profile with a 45° diagonal edge. Position the gussets approximately 15 mm inward from the left and right edges. Edge finishing: Apply R3 mm fillets to the major external edges of the bracket where appropriate. Apply R2 mm fillets to the edges of the triangular gussets. Use 1 mm chamfers on exposed sharp outer edges. Keep mounting-hole dimensions accurate and do not fillet the hole edges except where explicitly specified. Design intent: The model should be fully dimensioned and parametric. Keep the bracket symmetric about its vertical center plane. Use separate sketches and features where appropriate rather than creating the entire geometry as a single primitive. The final model should be a clean, manufacturable mechanical component suitable for CNC machining or aluminum fabrication. Use millimeters as the unit system. The final result should be a single solid-body bracket.
