Target system: - Approximately 2.5 kWh usable LiFePO4 battery - 25.6 V nominal battery system - ≥2.5 kW pure sine wave hybrid inverter - Integrated MPPT solar charger - AC grid charging - Solar PV charging - AC power output - DC power output - USB-A and USB-C phone charging - Rugged LCD display - BMS - IoT/DTU communication module - GPS - Cooling fans and ventilation - Internal protection devices - Serviceable internal architecture Industrial design: - Matte black primary enclosure - Dark graphite secondary panels - Small amount of Koolboks orange accent - White KOOLBOKS logo - Premium but rugged commercial appearance - Rounded rectangular enclosure - Strong protective corners - Integrated ergonomic carrying handles - Recessed connectors and control interfaces - Robust field-serviceable construction - Clean, professional engineering aesthetic Front: Large rugged LCD, power button, AC outlets, DC outputs and USB charging ports. Rear: Solar PV input, AC grid charging input, communication/service interfaces and ventilation. Sides: Protected ventilation openings, service access panels and carrying handles. Design the enclosure as a multi-part assembly with: - upper housing - lower housing - front interface panel - rear interface panel - removable service panels - internal mounting structure Create a clean parametric 3D CAD model suitable as a product-design concept.
