The system should include: Horizontal X-axis linear rail mounted above the injection molding machine Vertical Z-axis servo-driven linear carriage Horizontal Y-axis telescopic/linear arm extending toward the mold area End-of-arm robotic gripper for picking molded plastic parts Injection molding machine with fixed and moving mold plates Mold cavity area clearly visible Part collection conveyor below the robot Electrical/control cabinet mounted beside the machine Servo motors, gearboxes, linear guide rails and belt/ball-screw mechanisms represented realistically Safety guarding around the robotic working area Emergency-stop/control panel Proper mechanical brackets and structural supports Make the design industrial, mechanically realistic and manufacturable, with the robot positioned so that the gripper can enter the mold, pick the finished component, retract, and place it onto the conveyor. The final model should look like a professional industrial injection-molding automation cell, not a simplified educational robot. Use realistic proportions, rigid structural members, linear guides, motor housings, mounting plates and mechanical joints.
