The prompt

Design a sealed high-pressure dielectric immersion cooling enclosure for cylindrical battery cells. Internal cavity dimensions: 540mm length, 360mm width, 160mm height with 6mm wall thickness. Inside the cavity, place an array of cuboid battery cells in a 5 by 7 grid pattern. spaced with a uniform between adjacent cell walls . Include a 15mm perimeter flange at the top opening with 16 M6 clearance bolt holes and a 2mm O-ring seal groove. Include two 1-inch NPT threaded port bosses on opposite ends for dielectric fluid entry and exit. add the array of battery which is cuboid i shape place an array of battery keep the lid open make sure to add heat sink on 2 sides where there isn't a opening end. picture of heat sink given
