We have an IDC Crimping machine where the machine terminates wires to Molex R2.5 (2.5 mm pitch) IDC connectors. The machine is capable of crimping only parallel wires, meaning the wires are crimped to the corresponding poles. For example #1 to #3, #2 to #2, #3 to #1 as they are facing each other. But we need to produce Z connection meaning wires need to be crimped on poles #1 to #1, #2 to #2, #3 to #3 like the attached finished product image. To achieve this here is what I want to do: * The automatic machine will crimp only one side. * The IDC willl be removed from the machine in a magazine. * So one piston will pull the IDC to a grippeer * Gripper will rotate 180 degrees * A comb mechanism will hold and straighten the wires. * I will feed this module into a semi automatic crimping press. Design a system that takes the IDC pre-module, rotates, straighten the wires and feed into crimping press
