The prompt
A high-precision industrial multi-cavity hot-stamping nesting fixture and linear shuttle mechanism assembly, consisting of four separate, non-overlapping solid bodies placed at precise relative coordinates. All dimensions are in millimeters. 1. STATIONARY TRACK BASE BED (Fixed Anchor): A rectangular foundation rail plate measuring 1200mm length (X-axis), 450mm width (Y-axis), and 40mm thickness (Z-axis). The coordinate origin (0,0,0) is at the center-bottom of this plate, making the top surface lie at Z=40. Two parallel raised linear profile guide rails (each 25mm wide and 25mm high) run along the entire 1200mm length of the top surface along the X-axis. A vertical rectangular mechanical end-stop block (120mm wide, 40mm thick, 50mm high) is mounted at the far front edge at X=600, Y=0. 2. MOBILE 5-CAVITY SHUTTLE PLATE: A heavy flat rectangular tooling plate measuring 650mm long (X-axis), 380mm wide (Y-axis), and 50mm thick. The bottom face is positioned at Z=65 (perfectly flush on top of the guide rails) and features matching parallel guide grooves that slide over the track rails. The top face features a linear array of five identical parallel rectangular pocket nests cut side-by-side along the X-axis. Each pocket measures 280mm long (Y-axis), 65mm wide (X-axis), and 25mm deep, with uniform 35mm interior wall spacing between each nest cavity. 3. AUTOMATED TOGGLE CLAMP BRACKETS: Two identical solid rectangular clamping blocks measuring 50mm x 50mm x 80mm high, representing pneumatic edge-holding hold-down clamps. They are mounted flat on the top surface of the mobile shuttle plate (Z=115). To secure the workspace, they are positioned symmetrically on the outer side borders of the 5-cavity array, located at X=100, Y=160 and X=550, Y=160 respectively, extending small 30mm horizontal clamping fingers over the edge cavities. 4. ACTUATOR CYLINDER ROD (The Driver): A solid cylindrical piston shaft with a 35mm diameter and 700mm total length, oriented collinearly along the sliding path (X-axis) at Y=0, Z=90. The front flat face of this rod is positioned mathematically flush and joined against the center-back vertical face of the mobile 5-cavity shuttle plate (at X=0 on the plate boundary), acting as the rigid driving mechanical actuator link. All four components must remain discrete, individual closed solid bodies within the exported STEP file structure, allowing them to be un-grouped, broken, or floated independently for kinematic joint and motion analysis modeling in CAD software.
