The prompt
Create a hollow cylindrical roller with a 5 mm outside diameter, 27 mm overall length, and a 1.3 mm axial hole. Round the outside edges with a 1 mm fillet. The model must be watertight and suitable for PLA. lengthwise make a .9mm space from the top of the cylinder to the bottom so that there is a small access point to center.
