The prompt
Create a parametric 3D mechanical adapter/coupler. Section 1 (Wheel Side): - A solid 6.0mm hexagon profile (measured flat-to-flat). - Extrude this hex profile to a length of 10mm. Section 2 (Motor Side Clamping Hub): - Seamlessly transition the hex into a wider, solid cylinder with an outer diameter of 16mm. - The internal bore of this cylinder must be a smooth hole with a diameter of 9.1mm (calculated as the midpoint between the 9.8mm teeth tip diameter and 8.4mm dividing diameter of the 14-tooth gear). - The internal bore depth should be exactly 6.5mm to match the gear thickness. Clamping Mechanism: - Add a 2.0mm wide vertical split down one side of the cylindrical hub to allow it to clamp down. - Model a horizontal clamping ear across the split. - Include a 3.2mm clearance through-hole for an M3 bolt on one side of the split, and a captive hexagonal pocket for a standard M3 nut on the opposite side.
