Do NOT include: - shoulder straps - waist straps - buckles - clothing - cape - human body - head - pumpkin The final object must be a clean, lightweight, printable 3D assembly. DIMENSIONS: BACK PLATE: - Width: 11.00 inches - Height: 8.00 inches - Thickness: 0.20 inches - Rounded corners - Centered and symmetrical TWO VERTICAL SUPPORTS: - Quantity: 2 - Height: 11.22 inches - Width: 1.18 inches - Thickness: 0.20 inches - Parallel to each other - Distance between the centers: 5.91 inches - The supports must connect firmly to the back plate. TOP RING: - Outside diameter: 7.09 inches - Inside diameter: 4.92 inches - Thickness: 0.80 inches - The ring connects to the two vertical supports. - The ring must remain completely open in the center. CONNECTIONS: - Add strong mechanical mounting points at the top and bottom of both vertical supports. - Use countersunk or recessed screw holes. - Design the connections so they can be assembled with screws and nuts. - Avoid sharp edges. - Add fillets/radius to structural corners. - Keep the structure lightweight but rigid. PRINTING REQUIREMENTS: - Designed for FDM 3D printing. - PLA or PETG compatible. - No supports where reasonably possible. - Split oversized parts into smaller pieces if necessary. - Add alignment pins or dovetail joints where a part must be split. - Each part must be exportable as an individual STL. - Make all parts symmetrical and dimensionally accurate. FINAL OUTPUT: Show the complete assembled rigid rear frame in 3D, with: 1. Back plate 2. Two vertical supports 3. Top ring 4. All mechanical connectors Do not include the wearable straps. The straps will be added separately later.
