Overall Form Factor: Ergonomic medical thermometer gun style consisting of a top horizontal barrel and a bottom vertical handle grip. Shell wall thickness is strictly 2.5 mm throughout. --- 1. TOP HORIZONTAL BARREL (Length: 110 mm, Diameter: 44 mm) --- • FRONT INTAKE TIP: Open circular nozzle with a 38 mm front intake aperture containing an integrated 6-slot mesh grille. • SENSOR CHAMBER: Internal cylindrical cavity measuring Ø 39.2 mm x 16.0 mm deep, situated 2.5 mm behind the front intake grille. • WIND TUNNEL GAP: Hollow cylindrical buffer zone measuring Ø 39.2 mm x 18.0 mm long directly behind the sensor chamber. • FAN HOUSING: Square internal cavity measuring 41.0 mm x 41.0 mm x 15.0 mm deep situated directly behind the wind tunnel gap to house a 40 mm blower fan. • SIDE EXHAUST VENTS: 4 angled rectangular slots (12.0 mm x 3.0 mm each) cut through the left and right side walls of the barrel, located immediately behind the fan housing. • REAR USER INTERFACE PANEL: 45-degree angled flat back-face containing: - Top Left Hole: Ø 5.2 mm circular cutout for Red LED. - Top Right Hole: Ø 5.2 mm circular cutout for Green LED. - Center Bottom Hole: Rectangular slot 10.0 mm x 5.0 mm for power slide switch. --- 2. BOTTOM VERTICAL HANDLE GRIP (Height: 100 mm, Width: 46.5 mm, Depth: 41.5 mm) --- • UPPER MAIN PCB CAVITY: Rectangular internal box measuring 41.5 mm wide x 46.5 mm high x 14.0 mm deep inside the upper handle section. - MOUNTING STANDOFFS: 4 internal M2 cylindrical screw bosses (Ø 4.0 mm with Ø 2.0 mm center hole, height 4.0 mm) placed at the four internal corners of the 40x45 mm footprint. • LOWER BATTERY COMPARTMENT: Vertical rectangular box measuring 21.0 mm x 76.0 mm x 21.0 mm inside the lower handle grip. • TRIGGER BUTTON PORT: Ø 12.0 mm circular hole cut into the front face of the handle grip, positioned 25.0 mm below the barrel intersection (index-finger ergonomic position). • CHARGING PORT: 9.0 mm x 4.0 mm rectangular slot cut into the lower side wall of the handle grip for Micro-USB access. • WIRE PASSAGEWAY: Internal continuous vertical channel (5.0 mm x 5.0 mm cross-section) along the inner rear wall connecting the lower handle, main PCB cavity, and top barrel.
