The prompt
Design a 3D-printable gravity-drop tag dispenser for an autonomous hot-desk robot (Steward). Drops one flat tag beside a detected item on a 74.8 cm desk, triggered by NVIDIA Jetson GPIO/PWM. REQUIREMENTS (IC382 Rulebook): - Magazine: ≥20 tags/category, 2–3 colour-coded categories (≤5g, ≤A6). - Drop 5–15 cm; tag lands flat, face-up, readable at a glance (MRK-04). - Gravity only, no adhesive/magnets (MRK-03). - Enclosed hopper, 10–15 mm exit slot, no exposed gears/springs (SAF-04). - Mount: 4× M4 on 100×80 mm pattern to provided wheelbase. - ≤1.5 kg total; edges filleted ≥1 mm (SAF-02); labelled "DO NOT INSERT FINGERS". MECHANISM: - Hopper 200×150×100 mm, 2.5 mm PLA, 15° sloped floor. - SG90/MG996R servo → sliding gate, one tag per 90°. - Curved exit chute (r=40 mm); spring finger anti-jam. - IR break-beam confirms dispense. DELIVERABLES: - STEP assembly + exploded view. - DXF flat panels (acrylic option). - BOM (servo, microswitch, SS304 M3/M4, spring wire, grommet). - 5–10 step assembly guide.
