The prompt
Create a single 3D-printable PETG part: an enclosed golf-cart gauge mount. COORDINATES - +Z up, −Y toward the driver, +Y toward the windscreen. - Units millimetres. All holes go fully through the solid they belong to. 1) FLANGE (sits ON the console, nothing drops into the cup holes) - Rectangular plate 79 mm (X, between cups) × 64 mm (Y, driver–windscreen) × 4.5 mm thick. - Four M4 clearance holes Ø4.5 mm, one in each corner, centres 7 mm in from each edge, through the full 4.5 mm thickness. - One cable hole Ø20 mm on the plate centreline (X=0, Y=0), through the full 4.5 mm thickness. This is the BOTTOM end of the cable tunnel. 2) PEDESTAL - Rectangular block 50 × 32 × 20 mm tall, centred on the flange. - Sits on TOP of the flange only. No boss under the flange. 3) 40° WEDGE - Right-triangular prism on top of the pedestal, same 50 mm width in X. - Base of the triangle = top of the pedestal (32 mm in Y). - Windscreen-side face is vertical. - Hypotenuse / barrel seat is 40° from horizontal, facing the driver (−Y) and up. - Wedge is solid except for the cable tunnel. 4) ENCLOSED BARREL - Straight circular tube sitting flush on the wedge hypotenuse. - Tube axis is 40° from vertical, pointing toward the driver and up. - Internal body bore Ø52.1 mm × 43.0 mm long (Trojan gauge body Ø51.5 × 43 mm, 0.3 mm slip). - Bezel counterbore at the OPEN driver end: Ø57.6 mm × 7.4 mm deep (bezel Ø57.01 × 7.2 mm). - Wall thickness 3.5 mm around the body. - BACK of the barrel is closed except for the cable tunnel. - Gauge body is fully enclosed for dust. Only two openings in the whole part: the bezel face, and the Ø20 mm cable tunnel. 5) CABLE TUNNEL — THIS FEATURE MUST EXIST - One continuous Ø20 mm round hole, open at BOTH ends. - Path, in order: a) Starts at the CLOSED BACK of the barrel, on the barrel axis. b) Follows the barrel axis down through the 40° bend. c) Continues through the wedge. d) Continues through the 20 mm pedestal. e) Exits through the flange as the Ø20 mm hole already specified. - The hole is a through-cut, not a pocket, not a slot, not capped. - Centreline of the hole is the same as the barrel centreline, then vertical through pedestal and flange. - Keep a minimum 2 mm wall around the tunnel. DO NOT - Do not put any stem or boss under the flange. - Do not put the barrel through the flange. - Do not omit, cap, or shrink the Ø20 mm through-hole. - Do not change the 20 mm pedestal height, 40° tilt, 43 mm body bore, or 7.4 mm bezel seat. Export as STL and STEP.
