The prompt
Create a simple one-piece 3D-printable gear test stand for two spur gears. The stand must consist of one rectangular base with two integrated vertical supports and two horizontal cylindrical shafts protruding forward from the supports. The first shaft is for an 84-tooth gear with a 35 mm center hole. Make this shaft 34.6 mm in diameter and 18 mm long so the 35 mm bore can rotate freely on it. The second shaft is for a 12-tooth gear with a 10 mm center hole. Make this shaft 9.6 mm in diameter and 18 mm long so the 10 mm bore can rotate freely on it. Position the two shaft centers exactly 60 mm apart horizontally because the gears have pitch diameters of 105 mm and 15 mm. Position both shaft centers at the same height, 60 mm above the top surface of the base. Make the base approximately 145 mm long, 50 mm deep, and 8 mm thick. Integrate both vertical supports directly into the base so the entire stand prints as one solid part. Make each support approximately 12 mm thick and wide enough around its shaft for strength. Add rounded fillets between the supports and the base for reinforcement. The stand must provide enough clearance for an 84-tooth gear with an outside diameter of 107.5 mm and thickness of 15 mm, and a 12-tooth gear with an outside diameter of 17.5 mm and thickness of 15 mm. Both gears must be able to slide onto the shafts from the front and rotate freely while meshing with each other. Do not add a cover, bearings, screws, or additional parts. Keep the design simple and suitable for FDM 3D printing.
