The prompt
Create a fully parametric CAD model of the main chassis plate for a Formula Student Driverless inspired autonomous vehicle designed for the WRO Future Engineers competition. Overall dimensions: - Length: 280 mm - Width: 175 mm - Thickness: 4 mm Geometry: - Formula Student inspired aerodynamic nose. - Rounded front bumper. - Wide central section. - Slightly tapered rear. - Fully symmetrical. - Flat bottom plate. - Large external fillets (R15-R20). Structure: - High torsional stiffness. - Lightweight honeycomb cut-outs. - Rounded lightening pockets. - Reinforced mounting zones. Front steering zone: - Reserve 70 mm for Ackermann steering. - Servo centered behind front axle. - Steering linkage clearance. - Left and right steering knuckle mounting holes. Center electronics zone: - Raspberry Pi 5 mounting pattern (85 × 56 mm). - Motor driver mounting holes. - Cable routing slots. - Cooling ventilation slots. Rear zone: - Battery tray mounting holes. - Rear gearbox mounting holes. - Rear bearing supports. Additional features: - M3 mounting holes. - Zip tie slots. - Carbon fiber CNC compatible. Output: Fully parametric CAD. STEP. Engineering drawing.
