The prompt

Create a precise parametric 3D CAD model of the FRONT COVER of a single-acting pneumatic cylinder. PROJECT: Single-acting pneumatic cylinder, spring return. Part name: Front Cover / Couvercle Avant Part number: 01 Units: millimeters. MAIN GEOMETRY: - Square front cover with rounded external corners. - Overall external size: 50 mm × 50 mm. - Main cover thickness: 34 mm. - Four corner mounting bosses integrated into the cover. - Four mounting holes arranged symmetrically on a 32 mm × 32 mm bolt pattern. - Mounting holes: 4 × Ø6.6 mm, through holes. - Add four counterbore/recess features for the mounting screw heads. - Central circular piston/rod passage. - Central internal bore: Ø20 H8. - Central front recess for the rod seal. - Internal cylindrical cavity aligned concentrically with the cylinder axis. PNEUMATIC CONNECTION: - Add one pneumatic air inlet on the upper face. - Internal threaded port: G1/8 according to ISO 228. - The air passage must communicate with the internal cylinder chamber. - Keep the pneumatic passage completely inside the solid with no accidental openings. SEALING: - Add an O-ring groove around the central internal bore. - Groove must be concentric with the cylinder axis. - Design the groove to receive a standard NBR O-ring. - Include a small chamfer on the bore entrance to facilitate assembly. - Do not model the O-ring as part of this component; only model its groove. CYLINDER CONNECTION: - The rear cylindrical face of the cover must be concentric with the Ø40 mm cylinder body. - Provide a cylindrical locating recess for a Ø40 mm cylinder tube. - The cover must be compatible with the previously defined Ø40 mm pneumatic cylinder. GEOMETRIC REQUIREMENTS: - All cylindrical features must be concentric with the main cylinder axis. - Four mounting holes must be equally spaced. - Use symmetric geometry wherever possible. - Add reasonable fillets to external corners. - Add 0.5 mm × 45° chamfers to sharp external edges. - Avoid unnecessary geometry. - No mesh geometry. - No decorative features. MATERIAL: Aluminum alloy suitable for pneumatic-cylinder components, preferably AlCuMgPb or equivalent machining aluminum. MANUFACTURING: CNC machined component. General tolerances: ISO 2768-mK. Thread standard: ISO metric / ISO 228 for G1/8. Critical bore: Ø20 H8. CAD REQUIREMENTS: - Create a true solid B-Rep model. - Fully parametric and editable. - Keep dimensions as explicit parameters. - Use standard extrude, revolve, cut, hole and fillet features. - The model must be suitable for mechanical assembly. - Exportable as STEP. - Compatible with SolidWorks. OUTPUT: 1. Parametric 3D solid. 2. Front view. 3. Side view. 4. Section view through the cylinder axis. 5. Isometric view. 6. Technical drawing with dimensions. 7. Do not add any components belonging to the piston, spring, rod or rear cover.
