Create a professional, robust front bumper for my Robofest project as a separate SolidWorks CAD part. The bumper must be designed specifically to protect the front of the chassis while keeping the robot compact and lightweight. Use an overall width of 170 mm, height of 30 mm, and material thickness of 3 mm. Give the front face a slight curved/angled profile instead of making it a completely flat strip, with R8 mm outer corner fillets and smooth edges. Keep the bumper centered with the existing 190 × 150 × 3 mm bottom chassis and position it at the front edge. Add two reinforced mounting tabs/brackets extending backward from the bumper for attachment to the bottom chassis, with 4 total Ø4 mm clearance mounting holes arranged symmetrically. Keep the mounting holes away from edges and corners and provide adequate structural material around them. Maintain sufficient clearance from the front wheels, BO gear motors, motor brackets, and front sensors. Keep the central front area strong and unobstructed. Do not add unnecessary decorative holes or cutouts. Use fillets/chamfers on exposed edges to make the bumper safe and manufacturable. Make all dimensions parametric and editable, fully constrain the sketch, avoid over-defined geometry, self-intersections, zero-thickness geometry, and rebuild errors. Do not modify the existing chassis or other plates. Final result should be a clean, strong, lightweight, professional competition-style front bumper that can actually be assembled with the existing chassis. Provide SLDPRT and STEP/STP-compatible output.
