The prompt
Create a separate front bumper for my Robofest project. Make it a simple, strong, professional, manufacturable protective bumper. Dimensions: 170 mm overall width × 25 mm height × 3 mm thickness, with R5 mm rounded corners. Position it at the front of the existing 190 × 150 × 3 mm bottom chassis. Keep the bumper centered left-to-right and slightly narrower than the chassis. Add 4 × Ø4 mm clearance mounting holes, arranged symmetrically, for securely attaching the bumper to the chassis using brackets/standoffs. Keep sufficient edge distance around all holes and adequate clearance from the front wheels, motor brackets, sensors, and other components. Do not add unnecessary decorative holes or cutouts. Keep all dimensions parametric and editable, fully constrain the sketch, and ensure there are no rebuild errors, self-intersections, or zero-thickness geometry. Do not modify the existing chassis or other plates. Create the bumper as a separate SolidWorks part and provide SLDPRT and STEP/STP-compatible output.
