Design a manufacturable single-seat FKRC EV go-kart tubular space-frame chassis. Use 60V 6kW rear-wheel-drive motor and actual 60V 60Ah battery, size 500x240x350mm (LxWxH). Place battery behind driver, low and centered, inside a rigid protected enclosure. Chassis: seamless steel circular tubes, primary 25.4x2mm, secondary 19.05x1.5mm. Target wheelbase 1250mm, front track 900mm, rear track 1000mm, ground clearance 45mm. Front tyres 10x4.5-5, rear 11x7.1-5. Create triangulated space frame with front bulkhead, side/rear impact protection, continuous main roll hoop with braces, driver cockpit, seat, mechanical steering, pedals, rear axle, motor mount, battery enclosure, firewall and floor. Optimize for low CG, torsional stiffness, low weight and easy tube welding. Include tyre, driver, battery and motor clearance. Make all major dimensions parametric and generate a complete editable 3D assembly.
