The prompt
Modify the existing plastic knob. Keep the overall diameter and rounded top. Replace the smooth outside wall with 12 deep vertical finger grooves equally spaced around the circumference. Increase the wall thickness around the center hole to create a reinforced hub. Add six internal strengthening ribs connecting the hub to the outer wall. The center hole must be sized to accept an M6 brass heat-set threaded insert. Round all exposed edges with 1 mm fillets. This is an ergonomic injection-molded clamping knob, not a simple cylinder. Do not remove the internal ribs. Do not make the outside smooth.
