The prompt
Create ONLY a mechanical elbow hinge/pivot assembly for a powered elbow rehabilitation brace. DO NOT create a gear. DO NOT create a robotic arm. DO NOT create teeth, sprockets, or gears. DO NOT create a complete arm. The assembly must consist of TWO flat mounting plates connected by ONE cylindrical horizontal pivot shaft. PART 1 — Upper-arm mounting plate: Create one elongated rectangular metal plate, approximately 180 mm long, 80 mm wide, and 3 mm thick. Add two mounting holes near one end for attaching an upper-arm brace. PART 2 — Forearm mounting plate: Create a second separate elongated rectangular metal plate, approximately 220 mm long, 80 mm wide, and 3 mm thick. Add two mounting holes near one end for attaching a forearm brace. PART 3 — ELBOW PIVOT: At the adjacent ends of the two plates, create a single 12 mm diameter cylindrical pivot shaft passing horizontally through both plates. Add two circular bearing seats around the pivot shaft. The upper-arm plate must remain fixed. The forearm plate must rotate around the pivot shaft. The two plates must NOT be fused together. Set the assembly at approximately 90 degrees between the upper-arm plate and forearm plate. Add simple mechanical end stops limiting rotation to approximately 0 degrees and 120 degrees. This is a mechanical hinge for an elbow rehabilitation device. The important feature is the ROTATING FOREARM PLATE around a single ELBOW PIVOT SHAFT. Use millimetres. Generate a true 3D solid CAD model with separate editable bodies. Again: NO GEARS. NO TEETH. NO SPROCKETS. NO ROBOTIC ARM.
