The prompt
Design a compact, low-profile, 1.5 kg class, 2WD educational robotics chassis inspired by the attached reference image. **Overall dimensions** - Length: 260 mm - Width: 210 mm - Height: 120 mm maximum - Target robot mass: approximately 1.5 kg - Keep all dimensions within the specified envelope. **Chassis design** 1. Create a compact central chassis with a rigid base plate. 2. Use curved, organically shaped side body panels similar to the reference image. 3. Design a removable upper deck secured with bolts. 4. Keep the centre section spacious for electronics, battery and wiring. 5. Make the overall structure low-profile and compact. 6. Include rounded external edges and accessible maintenance points. **Drive system** - Two-wheel-drive configuration. - Two Johnson 300 RPM geared DC motors. - Two independently driven rear wheels. - Two passive front skids. - Create adjustable motor mounting brackets. - Include mounting slots compatible with the actual motor dimensions supplied by the user. - Do not assume motor dimensions or hole spacing. - Keep the motor shafts properly aligned with the wheel mounting positions. **Front section** - Two independent passive skid mounting locations. - Reinforced mounting points. - Smooth, low-profile front geometry. **Electronics and assembly** - Dedicated battery compartment. - Mounting locations for a motor driver and receiver. - Cable routing channels. - Removable electronics cover. - Modular mounting points on the upper deck for non-weapon accessories. **CAD requirements** - Generate a complete 3D model, not just a concept illustration. - Use editable, parametric geometry. - Keep components as separate parts. - Show an isometric view, top view, front view and side view. - Provide dimension annotations in millimetres. - Generate an exploded assembly view. - Flag any dimensions that require user measurement rather than inventing them. **Visual style** Follow the attached reference image: white 3D-printed body, curved side panels, exposed wheels, metallic upper plate, visible fasteners and a compact industrial robotics appearance. Prioritise manufacturability, serviceability and structural integrity. i have also provided the skecth of drive motors with dimesion for holes to mount them . and also a demonstration of the robots final look
