Create a complete, dimensionally accurate, 3D-printable CAD design for a portable environmental monitoring device called **EcoShield Mini**. The enclosure should look like a compact, rugged mini tablet with rounded corners and a clean professional engineering appearance. It must be designed around a **removable breadboard assembly** (165.5 × 56.5 × 8.5 mm). The breadboard is the main electronics platform where the ESP32 and modules are connected using jumper wires. Do not create individual holders for every component unless required for stability or external access. Minimal PMS5003T retention feature (only if needed) ### Main body - Rounded tablet shape - Internal clearance for wiring and components - Cable-routing space - Slide-in or clip-in removable breadboard tray - Breadboard must remain removable - Snap-fit/sliding back cover - Suitable wall thickness for durable FDM printing ### Breadboard tray - Fits a 165.5 × 56.5 × 8.5 mm breadboard - Flexible clips or retaining lips - Prevents movement while allowing easy removal - No screws or glue ### Front panel openings Provide accurately positioned openings (using actual component dimensions supplied by the user) for: - 0.96" OLED display - PMS5003T airflow - MQ-2 airflow - Three LEDs - Push button - Passive buzzer sound grille - EcoShield Mini logo (optional) ### Back cover - Snap-fit or slide-lock - Removable for maintenance - Ventilation where required - Strong, durable locking features ### Battery retention Create only the minimum required retention using integrated clips or a simple cradle for the 18650 battery holder while keeping it removable. ### Cable management Include simple cable-routing channels or clips for jumper wires, sensor cables, battery wires and charging wires without unnecessary complexity. ### Components Fit: - ESP32 - PMS5003T - MQ-2 - 0.96" OLED - Gravity Analog TDS sensor - TDS probe & cable - TP4056 charging module - 18650 battery & holder - Slide switch - Push button - Passive buzzer - Three LEDs - Breadboard (165.5 × 56.5 × 8.5 mm) - Jumper wires ### External access Provide openings for: - OLED - PMS5003T intake/exhaust - MQ-2 - LEDs - Push button - Buzzer - Slide switch - ESP32 USB port - TP4056 charging port - TDS probe cable ### Design philosophy Keep the design simple, functional and professional. The breadboard remains the primary wiring platform. Only add printed retention features where necessary. Base every dimension on the real component measurements provided by the user—never guess dimensions. ### Deliverables - Complete assembled CAD model - Individual CAD parts - Exploded assembly view - Top, front, rear and side dimensioned views - Export-ready files for STL and 3MF.
