PROCESS RULES (hard): CF plate in exactly 2.0 and 3.0 mm. Every CF part is a 2D extrusion of one closed profile - no pockets, steps, chamfers, or 3D contour in composite. Min internal radius 1.6 mm, min feature width 3.0 mm, min edge-to-hole 2x dia. CF tube in exactly two sizes: 25.0x23.0 mm arms, 20.0x18.0 mm gear and masts, square cuts to length only, no notches or miters. Aluminum cuffs and machined datum bars allowed. Fasteners M3 structure, M4 payload/gear, socket cap only, 2.5 mm hex where possible, threads land in aluminum or a nut plate never in laminate, 3x-dia washer under any head on CF. Tab-and-slot self-jigging plates, 0.05 mm slip fit. Buildable on a 3-axis router and a tube saw. No molds, no 5-axis, no welding, no castings. AIRCRAFT: autonomous wildfire-mapping quad X. 780 mm motor-to-motor diagonal, 551 mm adjacent spacing, 18x6.1 in folding props, 94 mm disc gap. Core body 200x180 mm, two-plate sandwich, 60 mm plate-to-plate. AUW 7.30 kg, MTOW 8.50 kg. Gear track 500x480 mm, 260 mm belly clearance. Payload envelope 170x120x130 mm, 1.5 kg max. VALIDATE: every gen_step_part exits 0, cadref inspect reports watertight solids with no self-intersections, assembly loads in CAD Viewer, return the link. Report mass and CG. Build only the core body assembly. Plates, ribs, avionics bay, battery tray, power, cooling. Leave four arm-cuff mounting interfaces as flat mating faces with a bolt pattern; the cuffs come later. Report plate profile count and mass.
