Design a sealed high-pressure dielectric immersion cooling enclosure for cylindrical battery cells. Internal cavity dimensions: 540mm length, 360mm width, 160mm height with 6mm wall thickness. Inside the cavity, place an array of 150 cylindrical battery cells in a 10 by 15 grid pattern. Each cell is 33mm in diameter and 140mm in height, spaced with a uniform 2mm gap between adjacent cell walls (35mm center-to-center pitch). Include a 15mm perimeter flange at the top opening with 16 M6 clearance bolt holes and a 2mm O-ring seal groove. Include a removable lid shown in the open position above the enclosure. Include two 1-inch NPT threaded port bosses on opposite ends for dielectric fluid entry and exit. Surround the outer walls of the container with external heat sinks with cooling fins, with the heat sinks mounted directly to the enclosure walls.
