Design a watertight, 3D-printable hollow desktop robot chassis, 160mm tall, 130mm wide, and 110mm deep with 2.5mm wall thickness, split horizontally into two stackable snapping halves. Front Face Requirements: - Two 16.5mm diameter circular holes spaced 26mm center-to-center for an HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor. - One 70mm x 42mm rectangular cutout for a display screen. - A grid of 2.5mm holes for speaker and microphone audio pass-through. Top/Head Section: - One 9mm circular cutout for a Raspberry Pi camera lens. Internal Features & Clearance: - 40mm of empty vertical space behind all front cutouts to fit standard jumper wire connectors without bending cables. - Four internal mounting standoffs with M3 screw holes (58mm x 49mm spacing) for a Raspberry Pi 3B. - A flat internal floor section (80mm x 55mm) to mount a mini breadboard and an L298N motor driver module. - Internal battery compartment slots at the bottom measuring 140mm x 75mm x 30mm for a power bank and two 18650 batteries. Bottom Face: - Mounting holes and a 30mm clearance area for front caster wheels and motor drives. - Cable routing channels (12mm diameter) passing vertically between the top, middle, and bottom internal sections.
