Specifications: **Outer housing:** - Rectangular enclosure, 120mm x 100mm x 80mm (L x W x H), wall thickness 3mm - Material: aluminum or acrylic (transparent for prototype visibility) - 4 mounting legs at the base corners, 10mm height, for standoff clearance **Chip mount (top):** - A rectangular chip mounting plate, 40mm x 40mm, recessed into the top interior surface, oriented face-down (mounting surface faces downward into the chamber) - Include a sealed gasket groove (2mm wide, 1.5mm deep) around the chip mount perimeter to ensure a watertight seal between the chip package and the chamber interior **Nozzle manifold (center, below chip):** - A central vertical inlet pipe, 8mm outer diameter, entering from the bottom center of the chamber - Manifold splits into 4 nozzle branches at a 45-degree upward angle, converging toward the chip mount center, each branch ending in a 2mm diameter spray nozzle orifice positioned 30mm below the chip surface - Nozzle tips should be evenly spaced in a square pattern beneath the chip, each aimed at a different quadrant of the chip surface **Sump and drain (bottom):** - The chamber floor should slope slightly (5-degree incline) toward two drain points at opposite bottom corners - Each drain point connects to a 6mm diameter outlet pipe exiting through the housing wall - Add one additional separate drain valve outlet (8mm diameter, with a simple ball-valve style fitting) on the bottom-right side wall, independent from the main recirculation drains, for manual full-system drainage/servicing **Inlet (side):** - A single coolant inlet port, 8mm outer diameter, entering horizontally through the left side wall, connecting internally to the central manifold inlet pipe **Sensor mount:** - A small rectangular cutout (15mm x 10mm) on the exterior bottom-right wall for mounting a temperature sensor/controller PCB, positioned outside the direct spray path **Sealing:** - All wall panel joints should include a groove for O-ring or gasket seals - Chamber must be fully watertight except at the defined inlet, drain, and sensor cutout points Export as a parametric, editable solid model suitable for further refinement in SolidWorks.
