The prompt
Create a very simple 3D model of a conveyor belt. Requirements: - Two identical cylindrical pulleys positioned at opposite ends. - Both pulleys must have parallel horizontal axes. - One continuous flat conveyor belt wrapped around both pulleys. - The belt must run straight between the pulleys, with one upper section and one lower return section. - Keep the pulleys exposed and clearly visible. - No motor, no frame, no shafts, no bearings, and no additional components. - Simple geometry, clean design, and realistic proportions. - Make the model suitable for beginner mechanical CAD practice. - Create the entire assembly as one 3D model. Pulley diameter: 80 mm Pulley width: 100 mm Distance between pulley centers: 400 mm Belt width: 100 mm
Parameters
| Name | Value | Range |
|---|---|---|
| Pulley diameter | 80 mm | 20 – 200 |
| Pulley width | 100 mm | 20 – 200 |
| Pulley center-to-center distance | 400 mm | 100 – 1000 |
| Pulley rim chamfer | 1.2 mm | 0 – 4 |
| Belt width | 100 mm | 10 – 200 |
| Belt thickness | 2 mm | 1 – 6 |
