Create a fully parametric CAD model of a modular concrete block mold system structural core. Overall block dimensions: - 16.000 inches long - 8.000 inches wide - 12.000 inches high (finished block) Purpose: This is an engineering mold system only. Do NOT create any stone texture, decorative surfaces, rock patterns, brick patterns, or veneer details. Every mold surface shall be smooth. Structural requirements: - Smooth interior mold faces. - 5-degree draft on all vertical mold surfaces. - Rounded inside corners for easy concrete release. - Heavy-duty structural reinforcement. - Self-aligning construction. Alignment system: - Two PVC alignment pipe holes passing completely through both end panels. - Holes centered vertically and positioned symmetrically. - Designed for long PVC pipes to maintain alignment and squareness during concrete curing. Mold box: - Designed for construction from 3/4-inch plywood. - Four removable sides. - End panels removable. - Compatible with parallel clamps for compression. - Easy disassembly without damaging the cured block. Engineering requirements: - Parametric design. - Production-ready. - No undercuts. - Suitable for PETG 3D printed corner guides, alignment fixtures, and reusable components. - Export as STEP and STL. Design goal: Create a reusable modular mold system that prioritizes strength, alignment, easy assembly, easy disassembly, repeatability, and long service life. Decorative finishes will be applied later using separate veneer products and are not part of this CAD model.
