Create a single solid insert for a modular concrete block mold. Overall dimensions: - Length: 16.000 inches (406.4 mm) - Width: 8.000 inches (203.2 mm) - Thickness: 2.000 inches (50.8 mm) This is NOT a mold box. This is NOT an assembly. This is NOT a plywood structure. Create ONLY one solid insert body. Features: - Rectangular solid. - Flat top surface. - Flat bottom surface. - Two vertical through-holes for PVC alignment pipes. - Hole diameter: 1.375 inches. - Holes equally spaced along the centerline. - Four shallow rectangular recesses on the top surface. - Stepped interlocking profile around all four outside edges similar to commercial concrete block mold inserts. - 5° draft on all vertical faces. - 0.125-inch fillets on internal corners. - No texture. - No stone pattern. - No ribs. - No mold box. - No clamps. - No extra parts. - Produce one watertight solid body suitable for export as STEP and STL.
