Create a flat rectangular base plate 180mm along the X-axis, 160mm along the Y-axis, and 3mm thick. On the top face, generate three separate non-overlapping enclosures. Each enclosure must have 2mm thick walls and a 1mm inward-facing lip along the top inside edge: Breadboard enclosure: Inner dimensions 166mm (X) by 56mm (Y) with 8mm tall walls. Position this centered along the back Y-edge of the plate. Battery enclosure: Inner dimensions 60mm (X) by 90mm (Y) with 15mm tall walls. Position this flush in the front-left corner of the plate. Power bank enclosure: Inner dimensions 65mm (X) by 100mm (Y) with 15mm tall walls. Position this flush in the front-right corner of the plate. Cut exactly four 3.2mm diameter circular screw holes straight through the 3mm base plate. Place one hole exactly 5mm inward from each of the four extreme corners of the plate. Finally, cut two 20mm by 10mm rectangular slots straight through the center of the base plate between the enclosures to act as cable management routing holes.
