The prompt
Create a COMPLETE, COMPACT and FULLY ASSEMBLED 3D CAD model of a small AI-powered automatic waste sorting machine. IMPORTANT: Do NOT create an exploded assembly. All components must be installed in their correct functional positions inside ONE compact machine. OVERALL DIMENSIONS: - Height: 700 mm - Width: 400 mm - Depth: 350 mm DESIGN AND STRUCTURE: 1. MAIN ENCLOSURE - One compact rectangular cabinet. - Four integrated collection compartments in the LOWER section. - All four bins must be side by side INSIDE the same enclosure. - Front access doors or removable panels for emptying the bins. 2. RECOGNITION CHAMBER - Located in the UPPER section. - Approximate dimensions: 200 x 200 x 200 mm. - One USB webcam mounted above the recognition area. - LED lighting around the camera. - An opening on top for manual waste insertion. 3. AUTOMATIC SORTING MECHANISM - One inclined rotating chute positioned directly below the recognition chamber. - One MG996R servo motor mounted on a rigid support. - The chute must rotate to direct an object into one of four collection bins. - The chute must be physically connected to the servo mechanism. - Show realistic mechanical clearances and pivot support. 4. FOUR COLLECTION BINS - Plastic bin. - Paper bin. - Metal bin. - Rejected/unknown bin. - All bins must be integrated into the lower part of the cabinet. - Each bin must be removable from the front. 5. ELECTRONICS - One ESP32 mounting plate inside a protected side compartment. - Cable routing space. - Accessible maintenance panel. 6. ASSEMBLY REQUIREMENTS - Generate the complete assembled machine, not separated parts. - Keep all components in their actual installation positions. - Show a realistic functional mechanical design. - Use realistic dimensions in millimeters. - Avoid oversized industrial proportions. - The final result must look like a compact university FabLab prototype. DELIVERABLE: Generate a complete editable parametric CAD assembly with separate identifiable components and exportable STEP and STL files.
