The prompt
Modify the current model only. Do not redesign it from scratch. Create one single-piece agricultural reel tine prototype with precise mechanical geometry. OVERALL SHAPE - Keep the part straight and vertically symmetrical. - Total overall length: 350 mm. - The tine must be centered exactly on the mounting base. - Keep all geometry solid, watertight, manifold, and suitable for 3D printing. - Use millimeters for every dimension. - Do not add textures, colors, labels, screws, hardware, or extra objects. MOUNTING BASE - Base height: 70 mm. - Base width: 48 mm. - Base thickness: 22 mm. - Keep the front and rear faces flat and parallel. - Round the four vertical outside edges with a 3 mm radius. - Round the bottom outside edges with a 3 mm radius. - Keep the base solid with no mounting holes yet. TINE FINGER - The tine must extend 280 mm above the mounting base. - Tine width at the bottom: 28 mm. - Tine thickness at the bottom: 14 mm. - Tine width halfway up: 20 mm. - Tine thickness halfway up: 11 mm. - Tine width at the tip: 12 mm. - Tine thickness at the tip: 8 mm. - Taper the width and thickness gradually and evenly from bottom to tip. - Do not make the tine perfectly rectangular. - Slightly round the long outside edges with a 2 mm radius. - Round the end of the tine with a smooth semicircular tip. - Do not leave the top flat or pointed. BASE-TO-TINE TRANSITION - Do not use a sharp 90-degree joint. - Create a reinforced transition that begins 45 mm above the top of the mounting base. - Gradually widen the tine as it approaches the base. - Add a large 12 mm fillet on both sides where the tine joins the base. - Add an 8 mm fillet on the front and rear surfaces of the joint. - Make the transition smooth and continuous with no sudden steps. - Keep the tine centered on the base from every viewing angle. PRINTABILITY - Make the model one connected solid body. - No internal cavities. - No thin walls. - No disconnected geometry. - No supports, sprues, display stand, or background. - Keep the geometry simple enough to edit later in CAD software. - Produce a clean engineering-style model suitable for STL or STEP export. If it changes too much, enter the corrections separately. Start with: Keep everything else unchanged. Only replace the sharp tine-to-base joint with a smooth reinforced transition using 12 mm side fillets and 8 mm front and rear fillets. Then: Keep everything else unchanged. Round the tine tip into a smooth semicircular end instead of a flat end. Then: Keep everything else unchanged. Taper both the width and thickness of the tine gradually from 28 mm by 14 mm at the bottom to 12 mm by 8 mm at the tip.
