Bottom to top — what's in the v2 files: Wall plate. A vertical rectangular plate, 80 mm wide, 250 mm tall, 4 mm thick, with rounded corners. On its right edge, between 70 and 200 mm from the bottom, there's a 12 mm recess — the "clip cutout" from the render. Three countersunk holes for Ø4 screws along the centreline: at 20 mm (inside the cradle, driven from above), 120 mm, and 205 mm. Lower cradle. At the base of the plate, a full cylindrical cup: inner diameter 54.6 mm (the body is 53.2, so 1.4 mm clearance), 3 mm wall, 4 mm floor with a Ø10 drain hole for water dripping off the device. The rim is 40 mm tall — the circulator stands in it like in a glass, which covers the lowest rows of perforation. The top edge has a 1 mm chamfer so the device self-centres on insertion. The cup is fused to the plate with a wide neck. Upper horseshoe. At 220–245 mm above the bed, a ring around the device axis with 54.4 mm inner diameter and a thick 5 mm wall, open at the front: the arms end 10° past the diameter line, so the opening is 53.6 mm — the body passes through with 0.4 mm clearance, no snap. A 1.5 mm funnel on top. The underside isn't flat but cut at 45° — lower near the plate, higher at the arm tips. That's what lets it print without supports; it's the only visible difference from the render. Cord hook. On the right side of the cradle, 6–62 mm above the bed, a 12 mm wide arm rising from the plate at 45° for 32 mm, ending in a vertical tip. The coiled cord hangs on this arm. How it works. The device goes in one-handed, vertically from above: through the horseshoe funnel and down into the cup. With the factory clip facing right it touches neither the plate nor the wall (the body sits 34 mm off the wall), and on insertion it passes above the horseshoe. The cord exits 288 mm above the bed, i.e. above the plate. To come out any way other than straight up, the device would have to tilt ~49° in the cup — the horseshoe doesn't allow that. The 1.24 kg weight rests on the cup floor; the moment from the wall offset is taken by the top screw. Printing. One solid body, printed upright (cup floor and bottom plate edge on the bed), 80 × 64 × 250 mm, PETG, X2D main nozzle only, no supports, roughly 150–170 g.
