My 4.5 year old son has feet that are each 66mm wide. He has a 2nd digit (index toe / secundus) on each foot that is crowded between the 1st and 3rd toes and it slighly raised as a result. I would like to design a flat 3D printed part that could follow typical horizontal curvature from 1st toe to 5th toe that helps gently separate the toes (for spacing and comfort) while traveling under the 1st toe then up over the 2nd toe (applying slight downward pressure on the 2nd toe) and then back under the 3rd, 4th, and 5th toes.
